Projects

Through art that stimulates all five senses,we help business people and organizationsenhance their creativity.

This project implements various measures, driven by the hypothesis that art that stimulates the five senses contributes toenhancing the creativity of business people and their organizations.

Working in the Museum Tower Kyobashi broadens your horizons and changes your perspective.
It stimulates thinking.

In the WORK with ART Project in 2024, we meticulously designed the use of the common spaces from the entrance on the first floor to the office lobby on the third floor,
and set three different themes for each area to implement a sensory art experience.

This project explores the fusion of work and art from a scientific perspective,
and supports the tenants in enhancing their creativity.

Dumb Type's work “Liberation of Vision” is displayed in the lobby of Museum Tower Kyobashi. The earth is drawn in dots on the surface of a black rectangle.
Nomena's work, with the theme of “Mood Transformation“, was deployed on the escalator connecting the first and third floors of Museum Tower Kyobashi. The time spent moving around is treated as a musical experience, and the spatial presentation combines mechanical sounds and music.
I IN / nomena's work “Mental and Physical Condition” is exhibited in the 3rd floor lobby of Museum Tower Kyobashi. The space promotes harmony between the body and mind with plantings and sound effects reminiscent of a Musashino forest.

A public artwork on the theme of “Liberation of vision” in the entrance lobby on the first floor. This work was created by Dumb Type, a progressive art collective that held an exhibition at the Artizon Museum in 2023, featuring their works from the International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia. A collection of publicly available live images from live cameras around the world is combined and displayed as if it were a single window, offering a sense of connection to the outside world even while inside the building. The unconventional perspective and shift in point of view encourage business people to change their mindset and behavior. This is the first public art piece by Dumb Type.

In the escalator that runs from the first to the third floor, a piece of music supervised by the nomena engineering group is played. Capturing the travel time on the escalator as a musical experience timeline, the mechanical noise is incorporated as an element of the music to inconspicuously stimulate the senses of traveling business people, encouraging a smooth transition from private to business time. The music is composed and directed by Takuya Takahashi, who has worked as a sound director for corporate exhibits at Salone del Mobile.Milano, as well as stage music for the dancer Min Tanaka.

Soft lighting and organic furniture harmonize in the spatial design of the Museum Tower Kyobashi's 3rd floor office lounge.

The office lounge is lined with a variety of chairs and tables, and is laid out in a way that allows people to spend their time freely according to their needs.

The theme of the office lobby on the third floor is “Mental and physical conditioning.” A waiting area, work area, and meeting area are arranged around the Musashino forest-themed plantings in the center. The space was designed by Hiromu Yuyama of I IN. The contrast between the tranquil aesthetics of the space and the serene lighting pleasantly inspires visitors. The concept of sound art is the internalization of the outdoor environment. A variety of Musashino forest-themed sound programs reproduce different sound environments in response to seasonal and weather changes, allowing people to feel connected with nature while indoors. This work was supervised by nomena and Takuya Takahashi provided the music.
